Return Policies

All returned products must be in the original manufacturers’ shipping cartons, complete with all packing and associated materials. We can not accept any returns for products that are designated as “Non-Returnable Item.” Non-returnable items include; Planners, Desk pads, Weekly Planner Book’s, Appointment Books, Calendars, Planner Notebook, Weekly/Monthly Planner Refills, Calendar Refills, Organizers and Refills, Daily Reminder book, Ledger Book, Office Folders, Staplers, Projectors, Rubberbands, Glue, Index Cards, Water Filters, Organizers, Binders, Dividers, File Cabinets, Book Cases, Large appliances, Office Furniture, First Aid Kits, Ice Melt/Rock Salt, Scrubber Pads, Buffer Pads, Deodorizer Refills, Herbicides, Insecticides, Glass Glassware, Disposable Gloves, Leather Gloves, Rainsuit Jacket, Sorbents, Zep cleaning products, Purell Sanitizers. All towel, tissue and bath dispensers. Resolute products, bath, tissue and towel. Windsor products, bath, tissue and towel.

Customer must request a Return authorization, to ship the merchandise to our Warehouse or warehousing fulfillment center within the following time frames: 30 days from date of invoice for returns due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong item); merchandise must be in re-saleable condition. 30 days from date of invoice for any defective merchandise. 10 days from date of invoice for any concealed damage or concealed warehouse errors (such as shipping the wrong product or shortages). 5 days from date of invoice for all visible damage and visible warehouse errors. Returns Wholesale Janitorial & Soaps

Due to our low pricing. All requests for returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returned items may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer will be responsible for freight on returned product, unless the product was damaged when shipped to the customer. Additional deductions could apply after further inspection to cover repackaging or damages on all returned product. No items will be accepted for return after 2 months from date of purchase. Please call or email, for an RGA number before returning any goods, and a shipping address will be provided to you.

Returns Hospitality Bedding & Towels

Please email us with the Invoice or PO number, to obtain an Return Authorization #.

Return Authorization number # and whether this is a return or an exchange. All returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving the product, without any restocking fees and a credit memo will be emailed to you. Shipping Policies

Most Items Shipped 1-3 day free shipping. Wholesale Janitorial and Soaps, require $1000.00 minimum order quantity to purchase Free 1-3 days Shipping. Hospitality Bedding and Cloth Towels, Free 1-7 day shipping.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
